The Family Legacy Of Residential Deck Sealing And Sidewalk Cleaning

My entire family has done some sort of blue collar job from plumbing to painting to Residential Deck Cleaning. The field of plumbing, electrician, and cleaning has been running through my families blood for decades, as far back as anyone can remember . They thought that when I eventually grew up that I’d work in a mill or something. I don’t know how to use tools or anything. I’m not handy. I am scared for myself with a pair of pliers, I can’t even imagine if someone handed me a saw and told me to get to work, I would for sure hurt myself or someone else . That’s how fatalities happen. It all starts with that sort of carelessness. Unfortunately I did not understand that I would be expected to take this position when I grow up or I might have put a little effort into learning what it was all about and attempting to acquaint myself with the world of tools and power drills and saws . The son takes up the father’s job and his son does the same and so does his son and so on and on and on. I didn’t realize that was the reason there was so much pressure on me to take up a trade or why so many family friends assumed I just would. Everyone was really confused when I wasn’t exactly what they thought I was going to be . I suppose I can’t blame them. They were just set in their ways and didn’t know how to handle someone as different as I turned out to be.
